AUSTIN HARDISON CAPTURES MIDWEST PGA PROFESSIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP; EARNS BERTH IN 56th PGA PROFESSIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

Austin Hardison of Excelsior Springs Golf Course, winner of the Midwest PGA Professional Championship, July 24-25 at Indian Hills Country Club will lead four Section PGA Professionals to compete in the 56^rd PGA Professional Championship, April 28-May 1 at Fields Ranch at PGA Frisco in Frisco, Texas.

Hardison turned in a winning total of 6-under-par 204 to capture the Midwest PGA Professional Champion title. Loel Fischer of Sedalia Country Club and Jeremy Dear of Loch Lloyd Country Club were runners-up finishing at 206. They are joined by Robert Russell of Nicklaus Golf Club at Lionsgate.
